NAI Hallmark Welcomes Allison Davies as Chief Financial Officer
JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA – June 24, 2026 – NAI Hallmark the largest locally owned commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm in Jacksonville, announced the appointment of Allison Davies as Chief Financial Officer. Davies will oversee the company’s financial operations and strategic financial planning as NAI Hallmark continues its growth throughout Florida and the Southeast.
Davies joins NAI Hallmark with more than two decades of commercial real estate experience across capital markets, property accounting, financial operations, and operational transformation. Most recently, she led finance and underwriting functions as CFO at Ahead CRE. Prior to Ahead CRE, Davies spent 15 years with Regency Centers in leadership roles covering property accounting, financial reporting, joint ventures, and merger integration. She began her career in the assurance practice of KPMG. Having worked across public REITs, private real estate companies, and institutional advisory environments, she brings a breadth of perspective that will support NAI Hallmark’s continued growth and long-term strategic objectives.

Davies is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and has served on several industry committees throughout her career. Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, she relocated to Jacksonville in 2004 after earning both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Accounting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and she is a Certified Public Accountant.
