Get to Know Caleb Noble

In this edition of Get to Know the Team, we’re introducing Senior Associate, Caleb Noble. As a member of NAI Hallmark’s Investment Sales team, Caleb focuses primarily on middle-market investment transactions across office, retail, and industrial properties. From his passion for cars and cooking to his favorite spots around Jacksonville, get to know Caleb beyond the office!

Your title with NAI Hallmark is Senior Associate. Tell us about your role within the company.

I work alongside Daniel Burkhardt in running our investment sales team, focusing efforts on middle market transactions $2M-$20M across Office, Retail, and Industrial asset classes.

Where are you from?

Born and raised in Gainesville, FL. Go Gators!

Share one thing that you love about Northeast Florida and the community.

Northeast Florida really is a one-size-fits-all kind of place. It’s cool to have so many distinctly different neighborhoods, communities, and things to do all in one city.

Favorite side of town (Riverside, San Marco, Beaches, Nocatee etc.)

The Beaches and San Marco/Riverside. Something cool about Jacksonville is the significant contrast between different neighborhoods, which makes it hard to pick a favorite. The Beaches are hard to beat, but San Marco and Riverside are both great downtown-adjacent neighborhoods to hang out in.

Favorite restaurants around town.

Salumeria 104 (Atlantic Beach), Beach Hut (JAX Beach), La Petit Paris, Honorable mention – Woodpeckers (worth the drive).

Do you have a favorite sports team?

Gators + new Jags fan

Tell us about a current hobby that you spend time pursuing.

I’m a big car guy and you can often find me tinkering on my cars, driving around, attending cars and coffee, or scrolling Facebook marketplace looking for the next thing I shouldn’t buy.

Everyone has unique talents and skills. What is one that most people would not guess about you?

I loved watching the food network when I was younger and got very into cooking. I’d like to think I am a great cook.

Favorite day of the work week.

Wednesday. Great mid-point for the week to find some clarity in what you’ve been able to move forward/accomplish so far in the week and have a clear idea of what you want to accomplish the rest of the week.

What do you enjoy most about working with your fellow NAI Hallmark team members?

We have very competent and motivated people. It’s always exciting to have strong culture and know you can hand off a client or job to any co-worker and know it will be well executed.
