Get to Know Chris Ware

In this edition of Get to Know the Team, we’re introducing Senior Associate Chris Ware. A Jacksonville native and member of NAI Hallmark’s Investment Sales team, Chris focuses primarily on office and industrial properties throughout Northeast Florida.

From his favorite local spots and love of lacrosse to what he enjoys most about working at NAI Hallmark, get to know Chris beyond the deals.

Your title with NAI Hallmark is Senior Associate. Tell us about your role within the company.

My role focuses on investment sales, primarily specializing in office and industrial properties.

Where are you from?

I was born and raised in Jacksonville.

Share one thing that you love about Northeast Florida and the community.

I love how tight-knit of a community Jacksonville is. It’s a big city and even as it continues to grow, there’s still a strong sense of connection and community.

Favorite side of town (Riverside, San Marco, Beaches, Nocatee etc.)

It’s hard to beat the beach, but Avondale and San Marco are both amazing neighborhoods.

Favorite restaurants around town.

I would drive to Miami and back for Chancho King, so fortunately for me, it’s only 10 minutes from the office.

Do you have a favorite sports team?

The Jacksonville Jaguars, of course.

Tell us about a current hobby that you spend time pursuing.

I recently got back into coaching lacrosse, and I’ve also started playing again in a men’s league.

Everyone has unique talents and skills. What is one that most people would not guess about you?

I love to cook. Last week, I made a whole roasted Peruvian chicken with homemade aji verde sauce.
