Chris Ware joined NAI Hallmark in 2024 as Senior Associate, bringing a strong background in asset and warehouse property management to his role in commercial real estate. Born and raised in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, he attended The Bolles School before beginning his collegiate journey at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He later transferred to Florida State University, earning a degree in Marketing in 2020.

Chris launched his career in marketing and operations at Johnstone Supply, where he rapidly advanced to oversee programs and pricing across 36 branches. His role involved extensive travel, collaboration with account managers and customers, and leading training initiatives. Managing commercial assets and working with high-value clients provided him with an understanding of operational efficiency and strategic property management.

Chris transitioned into commercial real estate to leverage his expertise in asset management, industrial properties, and investment sales. He currently works alongside top brokers and property managers, delivering value-driven solutions for property owners, investors, and tenants.
