S & S Menswear is coming to Avondale! Austin Kay, First Vice President and Director of Retail Brokerage at NAI Hallmark represented the landlord in the lease of 1,825 SF at 3541 St Johns Avenue.

S & S Menswear, a luxury menswear destination, features premium apparel and tailored clothing. The retailer expects to open by the end of summer.

“We were pleased with the amount of interest in this rare opportunity in the heart of the Avondale shopping corridor,” said Kay. “Ultimately, we felt a high-end luxury men’s clothing store would be the best fit for the neighborhood.
