Get to Know Stephen Edmonds

The people behind NAI Hallmark are what make our company great. In this edition of Get to Know the Team, we’re introducing our Associate Vice President, Stephen Edmonds. A Jacksonville native, Stephen enjoys collaborating across every service line and is passionate about the continued growth of Northeast Florida. Read on to learn what motivates him, what he enjoys most about being part of the NAI Hallmark team, and a few of his favorite things outside the office.

Your title with NAI Hallmark is Associate Vice President. Tell us about your role within the company.

My role in the company allows me to serve in an all-purpose capacity, assisting our office, industrial, retail & land teams.

Where are you from?

Born and raised in Jacksonville, FL

Share one thing that you love about Northeast Florida and the community.

I love where Jacksonville is headed. For decades, Jacksonville has been reaching for that next level. With so many passionate and influential leaders involved, it is obvious we are approaching that level quickly.

Favorite side of town (Riverside, San Marco, Beaches, Nocatee etc.)

I guess it depends on the day? I love the river, so anywhere from Mandarin to downtown is where you will find me on a boat day. I also really like The Riverside/Brooklyn area, because of all the growth that has happened over the past 10 years.

Favorite restaurants around town.

In no particular order: Julington Creek Fish Camp, Maggiano’s, French Pantry, Chick-fil-A

Do you have a favorite sports team?

Florida Gators / Jacksonville Jaguars

Tell us about a current hobby that you spend time pursuing.

Bass fishing, hunting and golf

Favorite day of the work week.

Honestly, I enjoy Monday and Tuesday because I love what I do…so once the weekend is over, I feel more refreshed and am excited to hit the pavement again.

What do you enjoy most about working with your fellow NAI Hallmark team members?

I love how well everyone collaborates to make sure the needs of our clients are met. Even if one of us is not involved in a particular transaction, there is never a hesitation to help.
