"Our growing company needed to find a more suitable location in the Jacksonville market, and we needed it quickly. Christian identified several properties, scheduled walk throughs, and coordinated experts to help narrow the field until we found exactly what we needed. His industry knowledge and exemplary negotiation skills delivered the perfect location, meeting all our requirements and stayed within budget. NAI Hallmark was a genuine pleasure to work with and without hesitation I highly recommend him and his commercial real estate services."
— Dave Sokalski. Critical Alert
"When it came to managing Century Ambulance's recent corporate headquarters’ move, Christian did a masterful job from start to finish. From inception, through contract phase, to closing and the follow-on orchestration of all critical aspects of this complex evolution, Christian couldn't have been a better partner. Responsive, intelligent, and unflappable, he's a professional you can entrust all your commercial real estate needs and be rest assured that they will be handled impressively. He has my strongest recommendation, and if I ever have a CRE need again, he will be my first call."
— John C. Glover, Ameri-Force, Inc.
"It is a great pleasure to recommend the brokerage services of NAI Hallmark following the successful conclusion of our recent real estate transaction. While Keith Goldfaden and Christian Harden generated an incredible amount of interest in our property from developers across the country, they performed laborious due diligence to navigate through the process of qualifying the ultimate purchaser. Their technical expertise was an unparalleled asset during the permitting process to satisfy requirements from the local governing agency, quickly resolving each roadblock as it was presented. Their team’s patience and diligence guided the transaction to the finish line. I am happy to recommend NAI Hallmark for any commercial real estate need and look forward to doing business with Keith and Christian again. "
— Jerry Agresti, Developers Realty Group Inc.
