Biography
Christian Harden is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of NAI Hallmark, Jacksonville’s largest locally owned, full-service commercial real estate firm. Since acquiring the firm in 2016, Christian has spearheaded a strategic and cultural transformation that has grown the firm’s size sixfold, broadened its service offerings, and firmly established NAI Hallmark as a market leader across the Southeast. Today, the firm manages over 6 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail space, with more than $2.5 billion in closed transactions in Northeast Florida since 2018.
As CEO, Christian leads the company’s long-term vision, growth strategy, and organizational development. He has built a high-performing, multidisciplinary team, scaled operational infrastructure, and cultivated institutional partnerships that elevate NAI Hallmark’s competitive position. Under his leadership, the firm has earned consistent recognition among Jacksonville’s Best Places to Work, reflecting its culture of innovation, accountability, and performance excellence.
With nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate, Christian brings deep expertise across investment sales, leasing, and advisory services. He delivers strategic value to institutional clients, private investors, and Fortune 500 companies by combining analytical clarity with entrepreneurial agility—producing measurable, long-term client success.
Christian is a respected civic leader and advocate for urban development. He currently serves on the Jacksonville Civic Council and the Florida Council of 100, is a past president of NAIOP Northeast Florida, and has previously served on the Downtown Development Review Board (DDRB). Since 2016, Christian has been an active member of the Board of Trustees for Jacksonville’s Museum of Science & History (MOSH), where he has played a pivotal role in launching and leading the MOSH Genesis capital campaign. This initiative aims to fund the development of a new, $120 million museum on the Northbank, slated to open in 2028.
His influence reaches beyond dealmaking—he is actively shaping the conversation around Jacksonville’s future. Christian lives in historic Avondale with his wife, Stephanie, and their three children: Miles, Mackenzie, and Zoey.
