Allison Davies serves as Chief Financial Officer for NAI Hallmark, overseeing the company’s financial operations and strategic financial planning. With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, accounting, underwriting, and capital markets, she brings extensive expertise in supporting organizational growth, operational excellence, and value creation.

Prior to joining NAI Hallmark, Allison was CFO at Ahead CRE. Prior to Ahead CRE, she spent 15 years with Regency Centers in leadership roles spanning accounting, financial reporting, joint ventures, and merger integration. She began her career in the assurance practice of KPMG.

Allison earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Accountancy degrees from University of Tennessee, Knoxville and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is an active member of Urban Land Institute and has been involved with numerous industry organizations throughout her career. Originally from Memphis, she has called Jacksonville home since 2004.
