NAI Hallmark Welcomes Stephen Edmonds to Brokerage Team

JACKSONVILLE, FL — March 2, 2026 — NAI Hallmark, Jacksonville’s largest locally owned commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm, is pleased to announce that Stephen Edmonds has joined the firm as Associate Vice President, further strengthening the company’s growing presence in Northeast Florida. 

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Stephen Edmonds brings deep local roots and a strong understanding of the community to his role at NAI Hallmark. A graduate of The Bolles School,  Stephen chose to remain in his hometown for college, earning his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Florida State College of Jacksonville in 2012.  

Stephen began his real estate career 12 years ago and has since built a reputation for market knowledge, client advocacy, and strategic insight. His professional foundation was shaped by an early career where he developed strong negotiation skills, relationship-building expertise, and a comprehensive understanding of economic drivers that influence real estate markets. This background has played a key role in his success in the commercial real estate industry.
