Stephen Edmonds joined NAI Hallmark in 2026 as Associate Vice President, bringing over a decade of real estate experience in commercial and residential real estate. 

A Jacksonville native, Stephen was born and raised in the community he now proudly serves. His deep local roots and market knowledge provide clients with valuable insight not only into real estate opportunities, but into the greater Jacksonville business landscape as a whole. 

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Florida State College of Jacksonville after graduating from The Bolles School. His professional foundation was shaped by an early career where he developed strong negotiation skills, relationship-building expertise, and a comprehensive understanding of economic drivers that influence real estate markets. This background has played a key role in his success in the commercial real estate industry. He works closely with property owners, investors, and tenants to deliver tailored solutions aligned with their investment and occupancy objectives. 

Outside of the office, Stephen is an avid outdoorsman and sports enthusiast. His connection to the Jacksonville community extends beyond business, reflecting his commitment to the region’s growth and long-term success.
