NAI Hallmark Brokers $2.925 Million Sale of Kernan Plaza Retail Property

JACKSONVILLE, FL – August 17, 2026 – NAI Hallmark announced the successful sale of 3503 Kernan Blvd S, a 10,400 sq ft retail strip center in Jacksonville, for $2.925 million.  NAI Hallmark’s Daniel Burkhardt, SIOR, CCIM and Austin Kay represented the seller, Kernan Plaza LLC.  The buyer was 3503 S. Kernan Blvd, LLC.

“Kernan Plaza is a great example of the continued demand we’re seeing for well-located neighborhood retail in Jacksonville,” said Daniel Burkhardt, SIOR, CCIM of NAI Hallmark.  “The property offered a strong combination of location, surrounding demographics and value-add potential, which made it attractive to investors.”

NAI Hallmark will continue to provide leasing services for Kernan Plaza and will oversee property management for the asset under its new ownership.
