NAI Hallmark Announces Jet Sales Solutions Relocation to Interstate Distribution Center

JACKSONVILLE, FL – October 5, 2026 – NAI Hallmark, Jacksonville’s largest locally owned commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm, announces the successful lease of 28,047 square feet to Jet Sales Solutions LLC at Interstate Distribution Center, located at 8475 Western Way, Suite 240, in Jacksonville, Florida.  

NAI Hallmark’s Jason Purdy and Camden Padgett represented the landlord, EastGroup Properties, in the transaction. The lease is scheduled to commence on February 1, 2027.  

Jet Sales Solutions is a Jacksonville-based supplier of packaging materials and equipment, labels, and warehouse, safety and janitorial supplies, providing tailored solutions for businesses across a range of industries. The company will relocate its operations to Interstate Distribution Center. 

Located in Jacksonville’s Southside industrial corridor, Interstate Distribution Center offers convenient access to Interstate 95 and Interstate 295, providing connectivity throughout Northeast Florida and beyond. The property’s location supports businesses seeking industrial space near the region’s major transportation routes.
