NAI Hallmark Brokers $8.3 Million Sale of 6676 Corporate Center Parkway

JACKSONVILLE, FL – September 10, 2026 – NAI Hallmark, Jacksonville’s largest locally owned commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm, announced the $8.3 million sale of 6676 Corporate Center Parkway, a 59,800-square-foot, multi-tenant single-story office property in Jacksonville’s Southpoint submarket. Ware Capital acquired the property from Corporate Center Partners, LLC.

The location also offers convenient access to U.S. 1, Interstate 295, Downtown Jacksonville, the Beaches and the St. Johns Town Center area.
