JACKSONVILLE, FL – June 11, 2025 – NAI Hallmark, Jacksonville’s largest locally owned commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm, announces the sale of 9995 Gate Parkway North (the “Property”). Daniel Burkhardt, CCIM, SIOR, Keith Goldfaden, and Alex Caliel represented the Seller, Jacksonville Properties Holding LLC. The Buyer, Majestic People Group, LLC, purchased the Property for $10,050,000.

The Property consists of a four-story Class A office building and 4.28 acres of adjacent unimproved land located in Jacksonville’s Deerwood Park submarket. Built in 2002, the office building features distinctive European architecture, waterfront views, and modern infrastructure. The Property offers convenient access to Butler Blvd, I-95, I-295, and is in close proximity to St. Johns Town Center.
