Caleb Noble Joins NAI Hallmark As Senior Associate Investment Sales

JACKSONVILLE, FL – July 16, 2026 – NAI Hallmark, Jacksonville’s largest locally owned commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Caleb Noble as Senior Associate, Investment Sales.

In this role, Noble will focus on the acquisition and disposition of office, industrial and retail investment properties throughout Northeast Florida. Working alongside NAI Hallmark’s investment sales team, he will support transaction execution, market research, property analysis, and client engagement efforts.

Prior to joining NAI Hallmark, Noble was a Commercial Real Estate Advisor and Broker Associate with Portal Realty in Gainesville, Florida. His commercial real estate career began at just 16 years old, when he joined the firm as a media specialist and transaction coordinator. As his responsibilities expanded, he advised investors, developers, owner-users, and tenants on investment sales, land transactions, site selection, leasing, and development opportunities throughout North Central Florida.

Noble combines strong financial analysis with hands-on transaction experience and a client-first approach to investment advisory. His background in marketing, underwriting, and investment strategy further enhances NAI Hallmark’s growing investment sales platform.

Noble earned both his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida. He is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker.
