Testimonials

“We selected NAI Hallmark to handle the sale/leaseback of our company’s headquarters building after a competitive interview process. Their strategic approach and deep market knowledge were evident in the way they positioned our property, attracting a wide range of qualified investors. This allowed us to ultimately select a buyer that best fit the long-term strategy of our company, while achieving a price that exceeded our expectations.”
— Batey McGraw, Dream Finders Homes
"It is a great pleasure to recommend the brokerage services of NAI Hallmark following the successful conclusion of our recent real estate transaction. While Keith Goldfaden and Christian Harden generated an incredible amount of interest in our property from developers across the country, they performed laborious due diligence to navigate through the process of qualifying the ultimate purchaser. Their technical expertise was an unparalleled asset during the permitting process to satisfy requirements from the local governing agency, quickly resolving each roadblock as it was presented. Their team’s patience and diligence guided the transaction to the finish line. I am happy to recommend NAI Hallmark for any commercial real estate need and look forward to doing business with Keith and Christian again. "
— Jerry Agresti, Developers Realty Group Inc.
"Our relationship with NAI Hallmark started in a search for a new headquarters location in the Jacksonville market. The investment sales team was able to identify a value-add acquisition opportunity of a soon to be vacant building in a great submarket. The team was top notch throughout the process; providing in-depth analysis on the building valuation, negotiations with the seller’s broker and guidance throughout the closing process."
— David P. Delaney, Jr., Lancer
