S & S Menswear Expands into Avondale with New Luxury Menswear Destination

JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA – June 10, 2026 – NAI Hallmark is pleased to announce the successful lease of 1,825 square feet of retail space at 3541 St. Johns Avenue in Jacksonville’s historic Avondale neighborhood to S & S Menswear, an expanding luxury menswear retailer. S & S Menswear will transform the highly visible storefront in Avondale Square into a luxury menswear destination featuring premium apparel, tailored clothing, and elevated customer service. The retailer expects to open by the end of summer.

The new Avondale location represents another milestone in the company’s growth throughout Northeast Florida. In addition to its Avondale store, S & S Menswear is currently developing a location in San Marco and is actively seeking a future location in Ponte Vedra.
