JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA – June 8, 2026 – NAI Hallmark is pleased to announce the successful lease of 86,374 square feet of industrial space at 5245 Commonwealth Avenue in Jacksonville, Florida, on behalf of Shore Manufacturing, a leading manufacturer of custom sanitary wipes and nonwoven cleaning products serving the foodservice, janitorial, and industrial sectors.
Shore Manufacturing has executed a lease at Commonwealth Business Center, a strategically located distribution and manufacturing facility on Jacksonville’s Westside. The transaction marks a significant expansion for the company as it continues to grow its operations and strengthen its presence throughout Northeast Florida. The facility will serve as Shore Manufacturing’s second Jacksonville location, complementing its existing headquarters and warehouse operations at 2145 Dennis Street. The expansion provides the company with additional capacity to support its continued growth and operational needs in the region.
Founded in 2013, Shore Manufacturing specializes in custom-made sanitary wipes and cleaning solutions for nationally recognized brands across the restaurant and foodservice industries. Since relocating its operations to Jacksonville in 2021, the company has leveraged the region’s transportation infrastructure and growing logistics network to better serve customers throughout the United States. The company is known for its personalized manufacturing approach, developing tailored sanitation solutions for each client’s specific operational needs.
Located approximately 1.5 miles from both Interstate 10 and Interstate 295, 5245 Commonwealth Avenue offers exceptional access to Jacksonville’s transportation network, including Interstate 95, JAXPORT, Jacksonville International Airport, and the region’s extensive logistics infrastructure. The property features abundant trailer and automobile parking, clear heights ranging from 20 to 30 feet, extensive dock-high loading capabilities, and access to a strong labor pool.
“Shore Manufacturing’s continued growth is a testament to the strength of Jacksonville’s industrial market and the city’s advantages as a manufacturing and distribution hub,” said Jason Purdy, Vice President at NAI Hallmark. “This facility provides the operational efficiencies, accessibility, and scalability necessary to support Shore’s expanding customer base and long-term business objectives.”
NAI Hallmark’s Jason Purdy and Camden Padgett represented Shore Manufacturing in the lease transaction. Tyler Newman of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Ranger Commonwealth LLC.
