NAI Hallmark Promotes Shannon Carper to Vice President of Property Management
JACKSONVILLE, FL – July 29, 2025 – NAI Hallmark, Jacksonville’s largest locally owned commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Shannon
Carper to Vice President, Property Management. Since joining NAI Hallmark in 2022, Carper has overseen a diverse portfolio of office, industrial, and retail properties across Northeast Florida. She brings more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, with a strong track record in property operations, asset oversight, and client relationship management.

As Vice President, Carper leads a team of Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers, advancing service standards, developing strategic vendor relationships, and implementing growth initiatives to improve operational performance and client satisfaction. Carper began her real estate career in Tallahassee and later served as a Real Estate Manager with a regional firm, where she specialized in large-scale property oversight and team development. She is known for fostering strong relationships with tenants and ownership groups and aligning management strategies with organizational goals.
Carper holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Florida State University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, trying new restaurants, maintaining an active lifestyle, and actively participating in her church community.
