JACKSONVILLE, FL – April 22, 2026 – NAI Hallmark, Jacksonville’s largest locally owned commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm, announced the successful sale of Beach Commerce Center, a 46,000-square-foot multi-tenant flex/showroom property located at 11840 Beach Boulevard in Jacksonville, Florida. The asset was acquired by Merritt Properties, marking a strategic expansion of its footprint in Northeast Florida. 

Situated on approximately 3.64 acres, Beach Commerce Center is a single-story, multi-tenant flex/showroom property built in 2000 and was 75% occupied at the time of sale. Strategically positioned along Beach Boulevard, the property benefits from exceptional visibility and accessibility, with immediate proximity to Interstate 295 and Jacksonville’s densely populated Southside submarket. 

The property is currently leased to a diverse mix of tenants, including Urban Technologies, FL Furniture, and The Floor Club.
