Get to Know Tiffany Wein

Your title with NAI Hallmark is Senior Associate. Tell us about your role within the company.

My role is sort of a jack of all trades, for now. My background has been in a variety of aspects of real estate from brokerage to lending to development. I enjoy being tasked with working on different kinds of deals and clients because it sharpens my skills.

Where are you from?

I grew up in St. Augustine, FL, went to Florida State, and spent the past 6 years in Atlanta, GA.

Share one thing that you love about Northeast Florida and the community.

I love the people and overall energy here. It’s a laid-back culture and people look out for one another. You would be hard pressed to replicate what we have here in Jax.

Favorite side of town (Riverside, San Marco, Beaches, Nocatee etc.)

My favorite side of town is the Beaches. Growing up in St. Augustine, I’m a beach girl through and through.

Favorite restaurant around town.

My favorite restaurant so far is Oceana but I haven’t done much exploring yet. Maybe that will change. 

Do you have a favorite sports team?

Yes, Florida State Seminoles

Tell us about a current hobby that you spend time pursuing.

I took up tennis in the spring and now play at least once a week. I’m not a pro by any means, but it’s a fun social sport that hopefully I can play forever.

Everyone has unique talents and skills. What is one that most people would not guess about you?

I’m somewhat of a fashionista. I work at my favorite clothing store on the weekends, Free People, and have never had a problem that a little retail therapy can’t fix. Clothes have always been my preferred creative outlet. In another life I might’ve been a personal shopper.

Favorite day of the work week.

Favorite day would be Thursday because it usually encompasses some sort of happy hour or social activity after work.

What do you enjoy most about working with your fellow NAI Hallmark team members?

Aside from having fun together, I love working with my fellow coworkers because they are all intelligent and hard working. I know I have a team around me that I can rely on.
