As Operations Coordinator at NAI Hallmark, Collin Kelly helps support the systems and processes that keep the company running efficiently behind the scenes. Focused on improving workflows, developing operational standards, and finding smarter ways to work, he plays an important role in supporting the firm’s continued growth. With a collaborative mindset and a passion for problem-solving, Collin works across departments to help create consistency, streamline operations, and set teams up for success. Your title with NAI Hallmark is Operations Coordinator. Tell us about your role within the company.

As Hallmark continues to grow, my role is centered on building the operational foundation that supports that growth. I evaluate existing processes, identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency, and develop standardized procedures that help our teams work smarter. The goal is to create scalable systems that allow the company to continue growing without sacrificing quality or service.

Where are you from?

I was born in Pensacola, FL, but I grew up in St. Augustine, so I definitely think of St. Augustine as home.

Share one thing that you love about Northeast Florida and the community.

I love how much variety there is in the community. It really feels like a melting pot. You can meet people from so many different backgrounds, all living just a few miles from each other, and I think that makes the area feel really unique.

Favorite side of town (Riverside, San Marco, Beaches, Nocatee etc.)

It’s got to be San Marco. Nothing beats being less than a 15-minute drive from everything.

Favorite restaurant around town.

Best pasta I’ve ever had. Nonnas Trattoria in St. Augustine

Do you have a favorite sports team?

I went to the University of Florida, so GO GATORS!

Tell us about a current hobby that you spend time pursuing.

The gym is the hobby that I’ve clocked the most hours in. You’ll find me weightlifting 5-6 days a week on top of trying to say active in other ways whenever I can. Lifting is nice, but most of my hobby’s joy comes from the incredible people I’ve met along the way.

Everyone has unique talents and skills. What is one that most people would not guess about you?

I’m ambidextrous, which always surprises people. My defaults are to write with my left, throw with my right, eat with my left, use a computer mouse with my right.

Favorite day of the work week.

Tuesdays! We cater for lunch on that day, so it’s nice having everyone from all departments come together and connect.

What do you enjoy most about working with your fellow NAI Hallmark team members?

What I enjoy most is exactly that: it really feels like a TEAM here. People look out for each other, jump in when help is needed, and make sure everyone crosses the finish line together. That kind of support is refreshing to be around.

Any exciting news you’d like to share?

I just bought my first post-grad car, cash! Coming from an unreliable 2012 Altima with 212k miles, fully owning a 2020 civic with 45k miles feels like a major milestone. It’s a goal I’ve always wanted to accomplish.
