Patrick Carney serves as Vice President at NAI Hallmark, where he specializes in representing owners of commercial office properties throughout Jacksonville and the greater Northeast Florida market. Since joining the firm in 2017, Patrick has dedicated the past eight years to advising institutional and private ownership groups on strategies to maximize asset performance through effective leasing, targeted marketing, and disciplined transaction management.

With a proven track record of executing lease negotiations that enhance property value and strengthen owner returns, Patrick brings a results-driven yet relationship-focused approach to every assignment.
