NAI Hallmark Announces Two New Leases at Lakepointe Business Park in Jacksonville

JACKSONVILLE, FL – March 30, 2026 – NAI Hallmark, Jacksonville’s largest locally owned commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm, is pleased to announce the successful leasing of two spaces at Lakepointe Business Park, further strengthening the property’s position as a premier industrial destination in Jacksonville. 

Authority Garage Supply, Inc., Florida’s largest supplier of garage doors, parts, and accessories has signed a lease for approximately 16,805 square feet at Lakepointe Business Park, located at 8952 Western Way.  

In addition, Florida Cooling Supply (Baker Distributing Company) has leased approximately 22,407 square feet within the same property. Baker Distributing Company provides high quality HVAC/R and foodservice equipment, parts and supplies to contractors at over 200 locations in 23 states, with some of the most well-known brands in the HVAC/R industry. 

Both leases were executed on behalf of the landlord, EastGroup Properties, with NAI Hallmark’s industrial team of Jason Purdy and Camden Padgett, representing ownership in the transactions.
