Biography

Vicki Barrett joined NAI Hallmark in August 2015 as a Property Manager for retail and office and as the CAM for several business associations. Vicki brings with her over 30 years of extensive retail and office management experience.

Vicki started her real estate career in 1986 as an Administrative Assistant and worked her way up to Regional Property Manager overseeing 1M square feet of retail. In 2004 Vicki took on the role of Assistant Property Manager for a 600,000 sq foot high-rise office building and 6-story parking garage in downtown Jacksonville. When that building sold, Vicki joined NAI Hallmark as the Director of Property Administration but soon transitioned into the Property Manager role, where she managed several retail centers and office buildings in Jacksonville.

Vicki also managed five business associations. In 2021 Vicki took on the role of Assistant Property Manager for the property management department, where she is heavily involved in ar/ap and general property administration.
