Biography
Paul Thomas joined NAI Hallmark in 2021 as Senior Vice President of Operations, leading the Property Management division of the company.
After graduating from the University of Florida in 2004, Mr. Thomas started his commercial real estate career working for Noble Properties as a Property Manager. In 2007, he joined Jacksonville-based Sleiman Enterprises as a Senior Property Manager and leasing agent for key accounts overseeing all renewals and tenant assignments. Over the years, Mr. Thomas took on construction management for all existing assets and tenant buildouts, in addition to overseeing the Property Management department.
Mr. Thomas was a member of the executive committee focused on company growth, acquisitions and depositions, and financial performance for the approximately $4.5M square feet of property managed.
