As Client Relationship Manager at NAI Hallmark, Collin Bankert focuses on cultivating new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients. He works closely with property owners, tenants, and businesses to deliver tailored real estate solutions across retail, office, medical office, flex, and industrial properties. In addition to his client-facing responsibilities, he remains engaged in property management, supporting the performance of over 500,000 square feet of commercial space through budgeting, capital planning, and tenant relations. 

Prior to joining NAI Hallmark in 2023, Collin held roles in property management, marketing, and research with The James Center, CoStar Group, and Mid Atlantic Engineering Services. His diverse experience spans portfolio oversight, market analysis, and project management, giving him a well-rounded foundation in commercial real estate. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate, along with a degree in Economics, from Old Dominion University’s Strome College of Business.
