Chia Lin joined NAI Hallmark in 2022 as Vice President of Property Accounting. With over ten years of accounting experience, Chia has a strong understanding of property management accounting and finance. Chia successfully manages the financial operations of numerous commercial properties.

With strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results, Chia is a valuable leader for the property accounting management team.

Prior to joining the NAI Hallmark team, Chia had tremendous success at Regency Centers as a Property Accounting Manager. Her portfolio consisted of fifty-two shopping centers with over 1,000 tenants in the Atlanta and Carolina region.

In her free time, Chia enjoys travel, hiking, finding new food places, and doing outdoor activities with her children.
