Construction & Project Management

NAI Hallmark has provided comprehensive construction management services for the renovation of existing facilities and the development of new branch locations, overseeing projects totaling approximately $3 million in capital improvements and new construction. Working closely with Community First’s leadership team, architects, contractors, and vendors, we manage every phase of the project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality control, and project closeout. As part of the credit union’s expansion strategy, NAI Hallmark has successfully managed the development of six Build-to-Suit branch locations, ensuring each facility was delivered on schedule, within budget, and consistent with Community First’s brand standards and operational requirements. Additionally, we oversaw the construction of a 9,000-square-foot multi-tenant commercial building, coordinating tenant improvements, infrastructure requirements, and long-term facility considerations.

Comprehensive Facilities Management

To support Community First’s day-to-day operations, NAI Hallmark maintains a dedicated five-person Facilities Maintenance Team responsible for overseeing all building maintenance activities across the organization’s Northeast Florida portfolio. This team serves as the primary point of contact for facility-related needs, providing proactive maintenance planning, vendor management, emergency response, and ongoing asset preservation. The portfolio includes:

  • Two corporate headquarters facilities
  • Twenty-four freestanding retail branch locations
  • Multiple Build-to-Suit properties and commercial assets
