The NAI Hallmark Industrial Team represented US Chrome in the purchase of a 16,300 square foot industrial building located at 11315 Distribution Avenue East, Jacksonville, FL 32256. Vice President Jason J. Purdy, MBA, and Camden Padgett, Associate represented US Chrome in the acquisition, which closed for $1,610,000. The seller was FT Real Estate Acquisition Company represented by Mark Wainwright of Pine Street / RPS.

The property is comprised of a 16,300 square foot industrial warehouse built in 1988 situated on a full acre with a fenced yard. US Chrome opened its first Florida production plant at this location.

US Chrome will be closer to their customers and bring another production company to a thriving Northeast Florida,” said Vice President Jason Purdy of NAI Hallmark.
