Vice President Austin Kay brokered the transaction on behalf of the seller.

“As SR 207 in St Augustine FL continues to grow, this asset attracted plenty of interest. The nearby residential development, new grocery-anchored retail developments, and new medical facilities all contribute to the increased traffic along this corridor,” Kay said in the release.

“Ultimately, Gate Car Wash continued their expansion efforts across Northeast FL with the purchase of this well-situated tract of land at the northeast corner of SR 207 and Hometown Lane.”

The 2.54-acre property is 2 miles west of Downtown St. Augustine and fewer than 2 miles from I-95, “giving this property high traffic volume and ideal proximity to new development.”
