James Wilk, Vice President of Analytics at NAI, brings more than two decades of multifamily financial analyst experience to his current role for the Multifamily Investment Sales team. Prior to joining NAI, James served as a senior analyst and associate focusing on a wide range of market sectors to include investment sales, low-income, tax-credit housing and condominium conversions. His varied experiences include valuation, underwriting, financial modeling, market research and due diligence coordination that culminated in assisting with over $3 billion of transaction volume. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from Florida State University, and he is a licensed real estate associate in Florida. As a second generation native of Jacksonville, James deeply believes in the community and its future. He actively supports local organizations including The Florida Theatre and Jacksonville Humane Society.
