Your title with NAI Hallmark is Senior Vice President, Brokerage. Tell us about your role within the company.
I am a commercial real estate advisor representing both tenants and landlords. My focus is working with both the industrial and office teams to help generate new business.
Where are you from?
I was born in Philadelphia and we moved to the Boston area when I was in 7th grade.
Share one thing that you love about Northeast Florida and the community.
Definitely the people. We moved to Ponte Vedra Beach over two years ago and I am always meeting new people; everyone here is so friendly and always willing to help one another. The decision to move here wasn’t an easy one but it definitely turned out to be the best decision for our family.
Favorite side of town (Riverside, San Marco, Beaches, Nocatee etc.)
I never thought we would live near the beach…and we absolutely love living there.
Favorite restaurant around town.
I am not sure if you would refer to D&LP Subs in Jax Beach as a restaurant, but my family and I love their Philly Cheesesteaks.
Do you have a favorite sports team?
The Boston Celtics…and hopefully by the time this comes out they’re hanging their 18th banner!
Tell us about a current hobby that you spend time pursuing.
I have always enjoyed playing golf – I thought when I moved here I would play a lot more and the handicap would get pretty low, but the kids’ sports get in the way quite a bit. However, I would rather watch them play sports than play golf any day.
Everyone has unique talents and skills. What is one that most people would not guess about you?
When we were in Boston I coached my boys’ lacrosse teams for a number of years, which I really enjoyed. Since moving here, I haven’t been able to be as involved in coaching due to work. However, I still provide my boys with a little coaching and advice at home…and occasionally I am “that Dad” offering some assistance from the sidelinec😊
Favorite day of the work week.
Thursday – Thursdays are usually pretty productive days and typically a good day to schedule lunch or dinner meetings…plus the weekend is right around the corner.
What do you enjoy most about working with your fellow NAI Hallmark team members?
The culture at NAI Hallmark is one where collaboration is a big part of our success, and everyone is willing to help one another in order to win business and deliver the best results for our clients. While people have their specific focus or area of expertise, management has done a great job avoiding the creation of silos, which isn’t easy to do in this business.
Any exciting news you’d like to share?
My parents are looking at purchasing a condo or renting an apartment in Ponte Vedra Beach, so our family is excited!
